Returns

Returns for refunds are accepted on brand-new items with tags attached if shipped within 15 days from the date of package delivery. Orders placed at events, with discount codes, from sale section, or with promotions equal to a total discount of 21% or higher are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Refunds

Within 15 days of receiving your return we will inspect it, notify you via e-mail, and process your refund, exchange or store credit. For international orders, $9 for shipping will be deducted from the refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen. Any short delay in receiving your refund will be determined by your bank or credit card. Shipping charges and costs are non-refundable.

International Returns

Return shipping is the responsibility of the international customer. Orders that receive free international shipping included will have our actual cost of shipping deducted from any refund unless exchange or store credit is chosen.

International Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee for our actual cost of shipping, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost packages for US orders will be replaced once if we receive notice within 48 hours of your delivery notification and an alternate shipping address is provided for the replacement. International packages are only insured if you select DHL or UPS.

Out of town or not at your shipping address? Please let us know via email!

We can delay your shipment until you return to your shipping address. It’s not worth risking a stolen package and the wasted environmental footprint.

Order Cancelation: Refunds for canceled orders, including pre-orders, will incur a 4% deduction to cover our cost of payment processing. This does not apply to store credit.
